Archil Wine is a small, family-run cellar founded by winemaker Archil Utiashvili, who personally oversees every step of the process—from vineyard to bottle. In 2010, he began restoring a vineyard planted in 1970 in Kurdauri, located at 510 meters above sea level in the Tsinandali microzone of Telavi, Kakheti. He cultivates Rkatsiteli and Saperavi vines, which now feature proudly on the wine label. Since founding the winery in 2011, Archil has focused on expressing the unique character of the local terroir.
