Description
Made from Budeshuri Saperavi grapes using classical methods, the wine presents a dark cherry hue. It exudes varietal aromas of Saperavi, cherry, red cornus, and blackberry, with earthy and meaty undertones. Full-bodied with rounded tannins and above-average acidity, it offers a lingering taste. Decanting before serving is recommended. Despite its eight-year age, the wine shows promise for further bottle ageing.
Food Match: It pairs well with pork or lamb, grilled vegetables, and mushroom dishes.
