Description
Taste: Rkatsiteli-Kakhuri Mtsvane 2021 is a natural amber dry wine, made in Qvevri using traditional Georgian technology and it is unfiltered. The wine has an amber colour with aromas of dried figs and persimmons, roasted almonds, black tea and medlar fruit. It is full-bodied on the palate, has a strong structure, medium acidity and a lingering aftertaste.
Food Match: Served with roast turkey, wild mushroom risotto and roasted pork tenderloin.
