Description
Chotiashvili Family Cellar, founded in 2002, is one of the pioneering family-owned wineries in Georgia’s modern winemaking revival. Located in the village of Saniore in the Kakheti region, the cellar is led by winemaker and founder Kakha Chotiashvili, who cultivates over 40 grape varieties, experimenting with new blends each year.
Currently, 14 varieties—including several international ones—are used in commercial production. All wines are crafted from estate-grown grapes, using Georgia’s traditional qvevri method and native wild yeasts.
