The wine fermentation has gone through the process in stainless-steel tanks (skin contact). The wine has a medium amber colour common to the native grape variety of kisi originating from Kakheti region.

Taste: Aromas of ripe apricots, apricot jam, honey, apple jam and toasted nuts. It is a medium-bodied and structured wine, with medium acidity, young tannins and a short finish of dark fruit.
Food Match: Indian dishes, spicy sardines, mushroom dishes and seasoned cheese.
