“Labara” is founded by two childhood friends Dato Gagua and Shalva Sikharulidze in the western wine region of Georgia, Imereti. Labara meaning: a sunny place. Tsolikouri: endemic variety. This natural wine is produced according to traditional methods of Georgian winemaking, sustainable to the environment and the soil. dry amber wine.
Taste: Aromas of roasted almonds, ripe figs, walnuts and dried chamomile are expressed on the nose. The wine is full-bodied, and the taste shows the lively freshness of this specific variety. The wine has the potential of ageing for up to 7 years.
Food Match: Goes well with roast lamb, grilled turkey, oriental dishes with intense spices.
