Tchotiashvili vineyards, was founded by Kakha Tchotiashvili and his brother Ucha in 2002 at the place of their ancestors’ cellar in the village of Saniore, Telavi district. Today all family members are involved in the wine production process. This Saperavi is produced in limited edition of 3000 bottles.

Taste: cherry-coloured with a violet hue. Floral lilac and black forest berry aromas are expressed on the palate. It has a full body, with fleshy tannins, high acidity and a long, warm finish. Despite its age, the wine has a potential of ageing in the bottle.
Food Match: recommended to enjoy with fatty meat dishes (beef wellington etc.:) and grilled vegetabl.
